Key Terms of Service
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on jaja9, the user must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date; providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation. Each individual may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of our policy. The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. 2. Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
For deposits and withdrawals on jaja9, only the approved payment methods listed on the platform may be used. All transactions are processed in BDT and applicable processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Completing the account verification (KYC) process is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request. Depositing funds from any illegal source or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited, and in such cases we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be displayed on the platform's payment page and may change at any time. 3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by jaja9 are subject to specific wagering requirements — the terms of each offer will be stated separately in that offer's description. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering amount has been met. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual or household in an attempt to claim bonus benefits, all associated accounts will be cancelled. 5. Changes to Terms & Conditions and Enforceability

6. Account Closure & Termination of Service
A user may voluntarily request to close their account at any time — in such cases, the existing balance will be returned subject to verification. In the event of a breach of these terms, jaja9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Even after account closure, the user's data may be retained for a specified period in accordance with applicable law.
